Exercise number 3 “Butterfly”

Starting position – lying on your back, arms along the body.

  • Bend your knees and turn so that your feet are brought together and your knees are apart. 
  • Make movements with your legs, imitating the flapping of the wings of a butterfly, try to reach with your knees to the bed.

Why: trains the muscles of the legs, develops flexibility.
