Exercise number 4 “String”

The position of the body is lying on your back, legs are straight, arms along the body.

  • Place your hands behind your head and stretch your fingers up, and stretch down with your toes. 
  • Try to achieve maximum body tension, similar to a taut string, and hold this position for a few seconds. 
  • Repeat 3-4 times.

Why: train all the main muscles, tone them.
