8. Superman

Starting position: Lie face down on the floor, and extend both arms in front of you.

Steps :

  1. Raise your arms, legs, and head, so they’re all on the same level.
  2. Hold this position for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.

Duration: Repeat the exercise several times over 30 seconds.
