7. Scissors

Starting position: Stand with your legs apart, arms extended sideways.

Steps :

  1. While keeping your arms outstretched, pass them in front of you, then continue until they cross, as if forming a pair of scissors. Don’t forget to keep your shoulders low.
  2. Come back to the initial position.

Duration: Continue for 30 seconds.
