3. Triceps work

Starting Position: Sit on the floor, keep your back straight, legs together and straight forward. Keeping your back straight can be difficult, but don’t worry, this is just a temporary starting position.

Steps :

  1. Place your hands behind your back, and tilt your spine slightly back to rest on your arms. Bend your knees slightly so that they are not touching the floor. Your ankles should be slightly bent.
  2. Now lift your buttocks while leaning on your arms, then gently lower them, still using your arms, until your buttocks barely touch the ground.

Duration: Continue to move the buttocks up and down for 30 seconds.
