8. Rotation of the shoulder joints

  1. From a sitting or standing position, put your hands high above your head in a lock and turn it inside out.
  2. Move the lock as far back as possible.
  3. Rotate the lock, making your elbows as wide as possible.
  4. Perform 10 rotations in one direction and the other.

How to get the most out of it

  • Don’t forget to warm up beforehand. Be sure to include exercises with bending and rotating arms.
  • Do not try to complete all difficult exercises the first time, go to the result gradually.
  • After completing the set of exercises, lie on the mat on your back and relax, hold in this position for a couple of minutes. This will release tension and promote early recovery and muscle tone.
