8. Rotation of the shoulder joints
- From a sitting or standing position, put your hands high above your head in a lock and turn it inside out.
- Move the lock as far back as possible.
- Rotate the lock, making your elbows as wide as possible.
- Perform 10 rotations in one direction and the other.
How to get the most out of it
- Don’t forget to warm up beforehand. Be sure to include exercises with bending and rotating arms.
- Do not try to complete all difficult exercises the first time, go to the result gradually.
- After completing the set of exercises, lie on the mat on your back and relax, hold in this position for a couple of minutes. This will release tension and promote early recovery and muscle tone.
