Exercise number 7. “Chest” with a towel
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart or slightly wider.
- Put your hands behind your back through the bottom and interlace your fingers.
- If you can’t reach it, you can use a small towel.
- Grasp the risers and pull tight with both hands.
- The head, neck, and spine should be in the same line.
- As you inhale, lift your chest to the ceiling, and with your hands begin to reach the floor.
- Take five deep breaths in and out, then lower your arms and take a short break.
- Repeat the exercise at least 10 times.
- It will help relieve the bondage in the thoracic region that occurs due to a sedentary lifestyle.
