Exercise number 7. “Chest” with a towel

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart or slightly wider. 
  • Put your hands behind your back through the bottom and interlace your fingers. 
  • If you can’t reach it, you can use a small towel. 
  • Grasp the risers and pull tight with both hands. 
  • The head, neck, and spine should be in the same line.
