8. Stretching the back of the leg lying

Extension of the legs while lying on the back.

Exercise helps to not only mobility the joints, but also to stretch the muscles.

  1. From a supine position with straight legs.
  2. Lift one leg bent at the knee joint.
  3. Bend and straighten your knee several times.
  4. Then grab a straight leg by the shin or calf muscle and pull it towards you.
  5. Try to keep both knees straight.
  6. Hold the position for 8-15 seconds, then change sides.
