8. Stretching the back of the leg lying
Exercise helps to not only mobility the joints, but also to stretch the muscles.
- From a supine position with straight legs.
- Lift one leg bent at the knee joint.
- Bend and straighten your knee several times.
- Then grab a straight leg by the shin or calf muscle and pull it towards you.
- Try to keep both knees straight.
- Hold the position for 8-15 seconds, then change sides.
