6.Twist pose – Matsyendrasana

  • Lie on the floor and press the soles of your feet on the ground with your knees bent. 
  • Open your arms in a T shape. 
  • Now turn your head to the left while lowering your knees to the right. 
  • If your shoulder is floating, push yourself to the right until your shoulder is on the ground. 
  • Do the same ous one to the other side.
