6.Twist pose – Matsyendrasana
- Lie on the floor and press the soles of your feet on the ground with your knees bent.
- Open your arms in a T shape.
- Now turn your head to the left while lowering your knees to the right.
- If your shoulder is floating, push yourself to the right until your shoulder is on the ground.
- Do the same ous one to the other side.
