Bridge pose – Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

  • Lie on the floor, bend your knees with your feet hip-width apart, and press on the floor. 
  • Extend your arms on either side of your body. 
  • Make sure that the feet are parallel. 
  • Press your hands firmly on the ground. 
  • Gradually raise your hips upwards. 
  • Do not move your neck left or right while doing this movement.
