Bridge pose – Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

- Lie on the floor, bend your knees with your feet hip-width apart, and press on the floor.
- Extend your arms on either side of your body.
- Make sure that the feet are parallel.
- Press your hands firmly on the ground.
- Gradually raise your hips upwards.
- Do not move your neck left or right while doing this movement.
