Exercise number 5 “Stretching”

Stay in the same position – lying on your back, arms along your torso.

  • Bend your leg, wrap it with both hands and pull it to your chest, linger in this position. 
  • Then repeat the same process with the other leg. 
  • The exercise can also be done by pulling in both legs at once.

Why: trains the muscles along the spine, prevents back pain.
