  1. From a sitting position on the floor with your legs straight in front of you, grab one leg with an elastic band and pull upward, slightly pulling the body back.
  2. Keep your back straight and do not bend your knee.
  3. Hold the position for a few seconds, then lower your back to the floor.
  4. Pull your leg straight as far as possible with rubber.
  5. Stretch for 30 seconds, then change sides.
