3. Half twine with elastic

In the exercise, it is convenient to use an expander with a loop or tie a loop of straight rubber yourself.
- Tie one leg with a loop and come out to the half-split position with taking it back.
- Grasp the other end of the rubber with both hands.
- Bend your back and push your chest forward, stretch.
