In order for the back to work, the grip of the hands should be as wide as possible.
- The technique is the same as in conventional push-ups from the floor.
- The body should not bend, keep a straight line from the legs to the crown of the head.
- As you exhale, pull yourself up to the bar, while inhaling, lower yourself.
One approach should have a minimum of 10-15 reps.
