Raising hands with dumbbells while standing
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart, take dumbbells and bend your arms slightly at the elbow.
- The body must be straight and motionless. As you exhale, lift the dumbbells to the sides to shoulder level.
- Hold this position and, while inhaling, gently lower your arms to the starting position.
- Avoid jerking.
Enough 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions.
