  • Place your feet shoulder-width apart, take dumbbells and bend your arms slightly at the elbow. 
  • The body must be straight and motionless. As you exhale, lift the dumbbells to the sides to shoulder level. 
  • Hold this position and, while inhaling, gently lower your arms to the starting position. 
  • Avoid jerking.
