We have already felt how well the abs work in the boat pose. We will now add a little movement to this asana to engage the lateral obliques to make our belly flat and beautiful.
In this boat pose, we will keep our knees bent, even if you manage to do the asana with straight legs.
So, in a boat pose, bend your knees so your shins are parallel to the floor. Extend your arms in front of you so that they are also parallel to the floor at shoulder level, palms facing inward. Synchronizing movements with breathing, bend your knees to one side, then to the other, gently and easily swaying. Repeat this exercise 10 times in each direction.
How to remove belly with yoga – holding your breath
So, as promised, I’m talking about breathing exercise, which gives a quick effect of burning fat. There is nothing secret here. This is just a normal breath holding.
In fact, in yoga, holding the breath is a fundamental practice. Yogis learn to hold their breath for tens of minutes. And it was the path of yoga that led me to such training. To train delays, I have compiled an optimal table for myself. My class consisted of 5 delays with breaks. I chose the time of delays and rest between sets so that it was comfortable enough, but in the end I had to use willpower.
