The triangle pose is a standing pose in which we stretch and strengthen the sides of the body. The abdominal press also actively works in this asana, which, by the way, is called trikonasana in Sanskrit.

Stand straight, take a wide step back with your right foot. The left foot is facing forward, and the right foot is rotated at an angle of 45 degrees to the left. Extend your left arm forward and your right arm backward, palms facing down. Without changing the position of the arms and legs and without bending your knees, bend to the left side, stretching your right side. Place your left palm on the floor and your right arm vertically toward the ceiling. Direct your gaze to the right palm. In this position, you simultaneously do a side tilt and twist. Hold this pose for 5-10 breaths, and then repeat on the other side.
