4. Turns with the ball

- Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest level, feet hip-width apart.
- Lower the ball to the outside of your right foot, allowing your knees to flex naturally and your legs to pivot.
- Now sweep the ball through your torso and over your head to the left, contracting your core muscles.
