10. Twist while sitting

- Take a modified chair pose: feet hip-width apart, core muscles tense, pelvis back, legs bent at the knees, arms behind the head.
- Rotate your upper body to the right side, reach with your left elbow towards the outside of your right knee.
- Do not twist your hips to the right, make sure that the left half of the chest bends towards the hip.
- Turn the other way to complete 1 rep.
- Do 20 repetitions.
