  1. From a sitting position on the floor with straight legs set wide apart.
  2. Bend one leg at the knee towards you.
  3. Pull the second fingers up.
  4. Grasp them with the opposite hand, leaning towards the straightened leg.
  5. With your other hand, reach the knee of your bent leg.
  6. Hold for 30 seconds, then change sides.
