Katya Isabel. Girl veterinarian and fitness diva with a chiseled figure

Katya Isabel is a professional WBFF fitness diva and veterinarian. She was born and raised in Braga, a Portuguese city known for its rich architecture and history. It was in this city that Katya took her first steps towards success in fitness by starting to visit the gym.

In 2011, after several years of working on her physique, Katya made a big decision – she moved to Brazil, a country where the fitness industry was booming. Hoping to make a name for herself there, the girl worked hard in the gym every day. On top of that, she studied at night to get her veterinary degree.

Katya eventually graduated from veterinary college. With more free time to devote to fitness, she began posting photos of her body online, hoping to attract an audience on social media. And that's exactly what happened.

More and more people began to visit Katya's profiles, admiring her chic form. This, coupled with her success on fitness scenes such as WBFF Fitness Diva Pro in Brazil, has made Katya an idol for fitness enthusiasts throughout South America.

The girl bases her workouts on “controlled movements, heavier weights and fewer repetitions.” This approach allowed her to build quality muscle mass while maintaining low levels of body fat.

Isabelle trains in the gym 4 days a week, setting aside 2 days for cardio and 1 day for complete rest. When training her amazing abs, Katya likes to combine different exercises that work all parts of her stomach.

She likes to end her gym sessions with an exercise like a plank, doing 3 sets of 30 seconds. By the end of the session she feels completely exhausted and “burnt out”. To avoid 'overtraining' From such intense training, she ensures that she gets at least 8 hours of sleep every night to allow her muscles to recover.

Compliance with the diet in terms of calories, as well as daily consumption of 2-3 liters of water the basis of Katya's diet. She likes to reduce her calorie intake before competitions, eating 200-500 calories less than normal. This gives her figure a dry and chiseled look.

Even when she's not competing, Katya likes to reduce her carbohydrate intake while keeping her protein and fat levels high. Because fats and proteins are slowly released in the body, Katya remains full long after eating. As a result, she rarely craves unhealthy foods.

Following a strict diet like our heroine's is not easy. This is the price she is willing to pay to have an amazing figure all year round.

What we can learn from her is that success comes at a price. In terms of fitness, this means saying no to things that are detrimental to your progress; eg too much alcohol, junk food, etc

Eating a clean diet with plenty of vegetables and lean proteins may not feel as good as eating a slice of chocolate cake, but it leads to greater success later on—as Katya Isabel showed us.
