2. Bends and circular movements of the neck
The exercise stretches the neck and trapezius muscle.
- Stand up straight with your arms in a comfortable position.
- Make smooth head tilts back and forth 10 times.
- Then make turns left and right 10 times.
- Breathe: on the abduction of the head, exhale, upon returning to a neutral position, inhale.
- Further circular motions. Do not throw your head back, try to draw an imaginary circle in the air with your nose or chin.
- 5 reps in each direction.
