6 Simple Stretches to Relieve Lower Back Pain

  2. Rounding your lower back, bend gently.
  3. Put your straight arms on the floor in front of you.
  4. Bend over, perform springy movements, direct your head closer to your legs.
  5. Hold the position for 15 seconds.
