Exercising with Hand Weights

Exercises with hand weights will both strengthen your chest area and prevent sagging in your  arms. Take one weight on both hands and do various hand weight exercises for 5 to 10 minutes.

Enlarging the Breast

Keep your hand weights in front of you with your arms at your sides and your elbows bent. Extend your arms in front of your chest and return to the starting position. Make 3 sets of 10.
