4. Lying Quadriceps Stretch: Advanced
- Get on your knees, placing them wider than the pelvis, feet with knees at the same distance from each other.
- Lower your pelvis to the floor, placing your buttocks between your feet.
- Place your palms on the floor behind your back and gradually lean back until you are in a lying position on your shoulder blades.
- Try to relax, stretch your arms along your torso.
- Hold the pose as long as necessary, then, pushing off with your hands, return to the starting position.
Important! Do not exercise for knee and lower back pain!
