4. Lying Quadriceps Stretch: Advanced

Lying quadriceps stretch.
  1. Get on your knees, placing them wider than the pelvis, feet with knees at the same distance from each other.
  2. Lower your pelvis to the floor, placing your buttocks between your feet.
  3. Place your palms on the floor behind your back and gradually lean back until you are in a lying position on your shoulder blades.
  4. Try to relax, stretch your arms along your torso.
  5. Hold the pose as long as necessary, then, pushing off with your hands, return to the starting position.
