Yoga is not independent of your life, but a reflection of your life. You get angry when you have trouble doing the movements, sometimes angry with yourself, maybe your anger in you, even your love, happiness and the incredible lightness in your mind after all … You leave all the internal and external conflicts that you have to go through while doing yoga on the mat.
That’s when you feel the lightness and peace of having experienced all these. You learn to live with the difficulties or beauty that you encounter in your daily life, and you embrace the “moment and what is happening”. As you progress in yoga, you will be surprised at what your body and mind do, and you will be able to take control. All in your life… Then why not move forward?
