Plank pose is more than just physical exercise.
It develops concentration and balances the psyche.
- Stand with an emphasis on your hands and the balls of your feet.
- Press your hands to your torso.
- Activate your abs and glutes, and tense your leg muscles so you don’t sag down and lift your pelvis.
- Your entire body should be as flat as aboard.
- Breathe deeply and calmly for several breaths.
