Exercise number 7 “Draw with feet”

We return to the starting position – lying on our back, arms spread out to the sides.

  • Move your legs to an upright position and start writing out different numbers and letters in the air. 
  • First left then right. 
  • Then, to relieve tension, roll over onto your stomach and swing your legs a little in different directions.

Why: trains the muscles of the legs and abdomen.
