Exercise number 6 “Cobra”

  • Lie on your stomach, rest on your hands and begin to slowly rise without lifting your pelvis from the bed. 
  • Then fix the position of maximum deflection for a few seconds and return to the starting position.

Why: trains the muscles of the neck, chest and abdomen, develops flexibility.
