20 Exercises You Can Do Without Getting Out of Bed

Exercise number 16 “Half-bridge”

Starting position – lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, arms along the body.

Put your hands and feet on the bed and lift your pelvis as high as possible, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 7-10 times.

Why: trains the muscles of the buttocks and back of the legs.
