Exercise number 13 “Swings on the side”

Starting position – lying on the right side.
- Place your right hand under your head or rest on the bed in order to fix the position.
- Next, we swing with our left foot.
- alternating the direction up and down and from side to side.
- We perform 5-10 swings on each side.
Why: trains the muscles of the legs, develops flexibility.
