Starting position – lying on your back.

  • Raise your legs and bend at the knees.
  • then perform rotational movements, as if pedaling a bicycle. 
  • Try to make the range of motion wider to increase the load on the abdominal muscles.

Why: trains the muscles of the press and legs.
