4. Squat Thrust
Squats will be the single best exercise for the lower body. However, this variant also has your heart pumping and target your glutes in an entirely new way.
- Start at a board — abs participated, inner thighs and glutes heels and engaged pressed back.
- Bound the toes into the hands and start-up yourself.
- As you are in the atmosphere, separate your toes, which means you land together only wider than mat thickness.
- Land at a squat, then put both hands back to the ground as you leap back to aboard.
