8. Stretching before the lateral twine lying with an elastic band

  1. From a supine position, grab both feet with rubber bands, placing your legs in a transverse split position.
  2. First, pull the ribbons, stretching your legs towards you.
  3. Hold the position for 30 seconds.
  4. Then increase the stretch of straight legs as low as possible to the floor, spreading to the sides.
  5. Hold for another 30 seconds.
