5. Exercise for stretching legs and chest with elastic
From a sitting position on the floor with legs straightened in front of you, bend one leg, throw the tape over the foot of the other, straight leg and stretch your chest forward.
Build resistance with rubber.
Maintain traction on each leg for 20 seconds.
Then, slide the tape over both feet.
Pull your chest forward, feel the pull.
Do not bend your legs at the knees, keep them straight.
Hold the position at maximum tension for 30 seconds.
