2. Pectoral traction back to back
- Stand with your backs to each other.
- Raise your arms to shoulder level across the sides.
- One person should grasp the palms of the other’s wrists.
- Both take a step forward with one foot and extend the pectoral muscles on both sides.
- The further the distance from each other, the stronger the extension.
- Then change: the other person should hold the partner’s wrists.
- Enough 15 seconds for each.
