Upper block thrust

Wide grip pull of the upper block for the head and chest

This is one of the best exercises for strengthening your back.

  • It is performed with a wide grip, the handle can be lowered to the chest or behind the head. 
  • Tilt the body back a little, while exhaling, slowly lower the bar down, bringing the shoulder blades together. 
  • Make sure that there is no large deflection in the lower back. 
  • Stop a few centimeters from your chest and freeze for a few seconds, then gently return the bar to its original position.
