Exercise 7: Doorway Shoulder Stretch

This stretch opens up your chest muscles and strengthens your shoulders.
- Stand in the doorway with your elbows and arms at a 90-degree angle.
- Step forward with your right foot and press your palms against the doorway.
- Pivot forward slowly using your core muscles.
- Hold this position for 30 seconds.
Do the exercise 3-5 times on each side.
