Exercise 7: Doorway Shoulder Stretch

This stretch opens up your chest muscles and strengthens your shoulders.

  • Stand in the doorway with your elbows and arms at a 90-degree angle. 
  • Step forward with your right foot and press your palms against the doorway.
  •  Pivot forward slowly using your core muscles. 
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds.

Do the exercise 3-5 times on each side.
