9. Lunges in dynamics
- Take a wide lunge with one foot forward.
- In the starting position, the knees should be straight.
- The torso is directed towards the front leg.
- The hind leg is on the toe.
- As you inhale, bend your front knee to a right angle, lowering your pelvis as low as possible without bending your back leg.
- Exhale and extend your knee and repeat a few more times.
- Repeat the same on the other side.
