9. Lunges in dynamics

  1. Take a wide lunge with one foot forward. 
  2. In the starting position, the knees should be straight.
  3. The torso is directed towards the front leg. 
  4. The hind leg is on the toe.
  5. As you inhale, bend your front knee to a right angle, lowering your pelvis as low as possible without bending your back leg.
  6. Exhale and extend your knee and repeat a few more times.
  7. Repeat the same on the other side.
