5. Raising your legs to yourself while sitting

  1. Sit on your buttocks, bend one leg and grab your shin or foot with your palms.
  2. Take the other leg to the side. 
  3. For convenience, the knee can be bent and the heel pulled up to the groin.
  4. Extend your front leg, fully straightening your knee. 
  5. Pull the crown up and keep your back straight.
  6. Pull your thigh towards your torso, stretching your hamstrings.
  7. Then switch to the other side.
