5. Raising your legs to yourself while sitting
- Sit on your buttocks, bend one leg and grab your shin or foot with your palms.
- Take the other leg to the side.
- For convenience, the knee can be bent and the heel pulled up to the groin.
- Extend your front leg, fully straightening your knee.
- Pull the crown up and keep your back straight.
- Pull your thigh towards your torso, stretching your hamstrings.
- Then switch to the other side.
