3. Knee Rolls
If you want to take care of back pain without needing to dose up on medication, then it might be time to try out knee rolls. Although it isn’t the very elegant looking practice, it’s one that’s powerful.
Lie on your back with a rolled towel under your head. Place your knees together, bent, and tuck your chin under your neck. Roll to one side with your knees bent and then back into the center. Rinse and repeat!
