6. Throwing back a straight leg lying

- From a lying position on your side with legs straight.
- Pull your straight leg across the side towards you.
- Swing your leg towards you, increasing the tension.
- Then hold at maximum tension for 20 seconds.
- Intercept the leg with the opposite hand.
- Strive to lower it over your shoulder.
- Swing, then hold in position for another 30 seconds.
