Venessa’s main exercise for building glute muscles is squats. When performing the exercise, she trains heavily with a weight that she can perform about 8-12 reps per set.
The girl says that proper technique is crucial when performing squats. According to her, thanks to the ideal technique of performing the movement, she not only avoids injuries to the lower back and knees, but also gets the maximum benefit from the exercises.
When performing squats, our heroine tries to move slowly and under control, feeling the quads and glutes at the top of the movement for maximum results.
When she doesn’t have access to a gym, Venessa gets creative and finds other ways to work out.

Being a famous fitness model who constantly attends photo shoots, Venessa cannot afford to lose her diet. She eats organic food all year round.
“I really love freshly squeezed juice, especially from lemons. I am convinced that this is where I get all my energy. Try adding a few pieces to water every morning and throughout the day for 2 weeks and see what happens.”
As Venessa says, eating healthy food can sometimes become a chore. However, she makes no excuses by always staying in top shape for her fitness events and photo shoots.
“What exactly is holding you back from achieving the goal you think about every day? Lack of time? Not enough support or money? These are all excuses, if you keep doing the same thing with the same results, you will be stuck in the same place for the rest of your life.”
