Biography
Melissa Le Mans was born and raised in Queensland (Australia) and has been involved in various sports since childhood, developing a slim and beautiful physique.
Basically, she preferred playing sports, and in the gym she did nothing but run on the track or pedal an exercise bike. The girl did not work with weights.
After graduating from college, Melissa began working in an office. Her lifestyle was mostly sedentary, and there was very little time left for training.
Melissa was unhappy with her level of inactivity—she wanted to pursue a career in something she enjoyed. Determined to change her position, Melissa began to think about a career as an incoming athlete.
In 2009, at the age of 24, Melissa began preparing for her first show. The Australian began lifting weights in the gym, trying to give her figure volume and definition.
The girl took part in her first competition in 2010 and fell in love with bikini competitions. She moved from tournament to tournament, gaining experience and gaining more and more popularity in this sport.
It didn't take long before Melissa earned a trophy in her first major competition, the 2013 ANB Asia Pacific Day.
This pushed her to achieve even more, and a year later she achieved her goal. At the age of 29, she became the owner of the coveted professional card (Pro Card).
Melissa's impressive performances in fitness bikini competitions brought her immense fame. She started gaining a ton of followers on social media. People admired her incredible physique.
Continuing to post photos and videos sharing her fitness journey with fans around the world, Melissa became a social media star by 2016.
