2. “Fold” forward while sitting on the floor

  1. Starting position – sitting on the floor, legs straight, in front of you.
  2. As you exhale, tilt your body forward. 
  3. The belly stretches to the hips, the chest to the knees, and the crown tends to the big toes.

During the exercise, the calf muscles and hamstrings are stretched.
