10. Lunges forward with different back positions

  1. Starting position – standing, one leg in front and bent at the knee joint. Knee over heel, hands resting on forearms. The second leg is pulled back as far as possible.
  2. Try to get down as low as possible without turning your pelvis to the side. Stay in this position for a while.
  3. Take your hands behind your back and lock them into a “lock”. Straighten your shoulders and, with an exhalation, lower your pelvis even lower.
